"I must admit that I initially had my doubts about some of the claims being made for the new model but these were soon overcome, once I had tried it out.
The upgrade from the previous model was a revelation, with improved clarity and the ability to hear much more effortlessly. The more comprehensive system of adjustable frequency bands has enabled the performance to be tailored more closely to my particular requirements. Also, the improved high frequency response does much to counteract the fall-off that I have experienced in recent years.
Other features that are much appreciated are the anti-feedback system and the low battery warning, both of which are very effective. My wife has also commented that she has noticed a difference in my ability to hear her in sometimes difficult circumstances. I have also noticed a difference when listening to my young grandchildren.
Over the last few years I have used both analogue and digital, behind-the-ear and in-the-ear models. The changeover to the earlier digital Widex Senso model was a big improvement but the two completely-in-canal Inteo models I have now are the best yet."

"I am writing to give you my opinion on my Widex hearing aids. It only took a couple of days for me to adapt to wearing them and I noticed no background noise, or ringing sounds that I have experienced in the past with the old type hearing aids, and I don't need to remove them when I am on the phone.
I am also pleased that I don't have to keep bringing them back in to the shop to have the volume level adjusted. Though it is early days yet, so far I am very satisfied"
